  • Unlimited Exams and x-rays as needed, except CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography)

Annual Membership Fees

  • Adults Ages 17- 65: $289
  • Children under 5 years old: $199
  • Children 5-16 years: $199
  • Seniors 65+ years: $239

Group Rates

  • Couples: $550
  • Family (up to 5 members) $1200

For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Care Credit is healthcare credit card. We will assist you to apply for Care Credit. It’s a way to pay for the costs of many treatments and procedures, while allowing you to make convenient monthly payments.
